Who am I?
Formerly a school teacher in nursery and primary classes, I then worked as an educator of young children in various nurseries. I used to be also the former director of a micro-nursery whose educational project was based on awakening to nature, free motor skills and sensory awakening.

Nature at the heart of my pedagogy
In each of my experiences, I have been keen to explore, to transmit awakening to nature.
My pedagogy is the result of my experience with children of very different ages (from 0 months to 12 years old), reflections on existing nature pedagogies and my various encounters.
I am convinced of the benefits of education in and with nature for the awakening, development and well-being of children. This pedagogy is also beneficial for adults (parents and professionals) surrounding children.

Emotions at the service of well-being
Since my beginnings in education, I have naturally been interested in emotions, and the means to support them. This very rich field makes it possible to better understand the other (adult or child), it is the key to healthy communication both in adults and in children.
Training or growing by developing empathy helps to develop individual and collective well-being. This is why I chose to train myself to become a yoga teacher certified for children and young people (from 2 months to 16 years old) and sophrologist certified (for all audiences).
